Job Details:
Looking for Kitchen Hood Cleaner (Ecology) Candidate Must have at least 2-3 Years Experience or Equivalent on the same field.
The set-up and take-down of Equipment Including handing plastic sheeting mixing chemicals, setting up ladders w vacuums.pre-sprayers, garden hoses and high pressure hoses.
Pre-Scraping greasy buildup from affected areas of kitchen exhust system
Pressure washing the interior of kitchen exhaust system (fan,duct,and Hood)
Final Clean-Up in Kitchen by Wiping down the hoods, moping up the floors ets.
Digital Photography of all work Performed at each job.
MAINTENANCE OF ECOLOGY UNITS:
Monthly Tasks:
>Check condition of air filters. Replace if necessary.
>Check odor control liquid level. Replace if necessary.
>Check All panels: Motor Starter Panel, Remote Control Panel, VFD Panel, DPS Housing Panel . Wah Control Panel
>Check odor nozzle condition, Clean
Quarterly Tasks:
>Check belt tension at exhaust fan. Tighten as required.
>Check belt alignment.
>Lubricate motor and fan bearings
>Check contacts on motor starter in control panel.
>Check amperage draw of fan motor.
>Check the Active Carbon filters, Re-Fill with active Carbon if eded
>Check to see if the overall filter warning system operates correctly.
>Check fusible link on the fire dampers (filter section)
