Land Surveyor

About the Role
Pinaster LLC is hiring a Land Surveyor for an active ADNOC construction project in Abu Dhabi. This is a site-based role for a candidate who can independently plan, carry out and complete survey tasks to the required accuracy and standards.
Responsibilities
• Set out and control works on site per approved drawings and specifications
• Carry out independent site surveys from start to finish with minimal supervision
• Operate Total Station, GPS / GNSS and other surveying instruments confidently
• Prepare survey data, as-built records and setting-out reports
• Coordinate with engineers and the site team to support construction activities
• Maintain survey equipment and ensure accuracy of measurements
Requirements
• Proven land surveying experience on ADNOC projects in the UAE (mandatory)
• Proficient in Total Station, GPS / GNSS and various surveying instruments
• Able to work independently and complete survey tasks without step-by-step guidance
• Diploma or Degree in Surveying (or equivalent)
• Familiar with ADNOC survey standards, HSE rules and site access / security clearance
• Good English communication;
• Must hold a valid UAE visa (transferable employment visa, or visit visa eligible for visa change)
• Immediate joiners with valid UAE visa preferred
Pay & Benefits
• AED 4,500 – 6,500 / month (based on experience; final amount and benefit details discussed at interview)
• 10 hou, overtime paid, flexible schedule
• Free accommodation and meals provided (or allowance if self-arranged)

• Other benefits as per UAE Labour Law
