Position Overview:
•Conduct property tours for prospective tenants or buyers.
•Meeting potential clients and guiding them on tours of available units
•Create and implement marketing strategies to attract potential tenants.
•Preparing leasing doents for potential clients using property standards and regulations
•Ensure property listings are up-to-date and reflect current availability.
•Stay updated on market trends and rental rates to offer competitive pricing.
What We’re Looking For:
•At least 1 year in Abu Dhabi real estate experience is required
•Must hold a valid driving license
•Strong communication English and Arabic and customer service skills
•Proven experience in leasing or a related field is a plus
•Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
