Carrying out the day-to-day functions of leasing in the territories assigned to you.
Liaising with potential clients through calls, emails, etc. in order to accommodate their rental requirements until appropriate property is found.
Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of prospect customers.
Meeting clients who are interested in leasing their property.
Meeting potential clients and guiding them on tours of available units.
Prepare and present business proposals to convince clients and secure a consulting deal.
Monitor the property market for new and old properties up for leasing.
Stay knowledgeable of the property market status.
Carry out the marketing of property vacancies to attract prospective tenants.
Evaluate the objectives of a client to identify their needs and requirements.
Ensuring an effective working relationship with owners and clients.
Negotiate terms and conditions and close deals.
Real Estate experience is preferred.
Arabic Speaker.
Driving License with Car is mandatory.
Ability to focus & work on the client’s requirements.
