Pass the customs doents.
Checking doents (BL, AWB), preparing full set of doents for pre-alerts;
Fill in data to tracing and sending PRE-ALERTS to regions;
Preparing full set of required original doents and sending them by courier mail.
Updating & maintaining the shipment tracking on daily basis.
Preparing reports on weekly / monthly basis
Requirements Proven working experience as logistics assistant / supply chain Knowledge of international shipping doents (AWB, communication and negotiation skills Highly disciplined, self-motivated, initiative Able to work independently and handle multiple processes Able to think critically and solve problems efficiently Good communication skill in English.
Preferred: 3+ years of experience in logistics or relevant field Experience in international logistics by all modes of transport – A Basic knowledge of INCOTERMS LCL / FCL deliveries experience Logistics, Supply chain management - High school diploma or equivalent Knowledge of laws & regulations Strong problem-solving skills
