A reputable food and beverage company has an urgent need for experienced Maintenance Supervisor
- Arrange the schedule of 12 drivers and maintenance staff
- Monitor and attend to restaurant maintenance issues
- Manage accommodation with 250 tenants and resolve any maintenance issues immediately.
- Monitor and renew vehicle registration and insurance including motorcycles
- Prepare LPO for maintenance job request
- Coordinate with operations for maintenance requirement and fulfill any job request.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum experience of 4 years from restaurant industry
- Has the ability to supervise 12 drivers and few maintenance staff
- Has the ability to monitor and attend restaurant maintenance issues on time.
- Able to manage accommodation and resolve issues
- Strong decision making
- Organized and possess a great sense of adaptability
- Computer literate (Excel, Word and Outlook)
