We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Managing Director to lead ISMMART E-Commerce LLC in the UAE.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the e-commerce business, from operations
and technology to marketing and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and direction for the e-commerce business in the UAE.
Oversee all operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
Drive growth through digital marketing, technology, and customer experience initiatives.
Build and maintain relationships with key partners, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and labour laws.
Lead a cross-functional team, fostering innovation and high performance.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
10+ years of senior management experience in the e-commerce sector.
Proven track record of leading and scaling e-commerce operations.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, technology platforms, and supply chain management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
