The Marketing Manager at Ikshanaa Home Health Care is responsible for planning and executing strategic marketing and business development initiatives to increase brand visibility, patient engagement, service awareness, and revenue growth. The candidate is expected to be hands-on, proactive, creative, and capable of independently driving marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the marketing strategy aligned with business goals and patient needs.
Manage brand identity and maintain consistent messaging across all platforms.
Plan and execute digital marketing activities including social media, SEO, Google Business optimization, content creation, and website updates.
Create and manage marketing materials such as flyers, presentations, brochures, patient education content, and newsletters.
Build relationships with hospitals, pediatric clinics, gynecology clinics, physiotherapy centers, and nurseries for business partnerships and referrals.
Manage campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and deliver insights for improvement.
Create and schedule social media and awareness content for community building (including NICU parents network).
Organize community events, awareness sessions, and CPD workshops.
Track marketing expenses within budget.
Support development of insurance partnerships and corporate collaboration proposals.
Represent Ikshanaa at networking and medical events.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or service-based industries.
Experience with digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Analytics, SEO, Canva, CRM systems).
Experience in a startup environment is an advantage.
UAE health care market experience preferred but not mandatory.
