We are looking for an experienced and talented Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong marketing knowledge specifically in the Dubai real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute marketing campaigns for property listings
Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
Coordinate property photos, videos, and all advertising content
Shoot high-quality property photos and videos (camera knowledge required)
Manage online property portals (Dubizzle, Bayut, Property Finder)
Create marketing materials: flyers, posters, brochures
Support digital marketing, SEO, and lead generation activities
Monitor market trends and improve marketing performance
Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
Requirements
1–2 years of marketing experience in Dubai real estate
Strong knowledge of real estate marketing & advertising tools
Experience using Dubizzle, Bayut, Property Finder portals (preferred)
Camera shooting skills for property phot content
Good communication & writing skills
Skilled in Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools
Understanding of social media trends and algorithms
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
