We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and improving mechanical systems and components across a variety of projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs meet performance, safety, and reliability standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop mechanical components, systems, and products using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo).
Conduct engineering analyses, including stress analysis, thermal analysis, and fluid dynamics.
Create and maintain technical doentation including drawings, BOMs, and engineering change orders.
Collaborate with manufacturing, electrical, and software teams to ensure product integration and feasibility.
Perform prototype testing and validation, interpreting test results and implementing design improvements.
Participate in product lifecycle from concept to production and post-launch support.
Ensure designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company quality processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues during development and production phases.
Assist in cost estimation, materials selection, and supplier evaluation.
