CONFIDENTIAL HIRING – MECHANICAL ENGINEER – DUBAI, UAE
A well-established company in Dubai is currently looking for a qualified and experienced Mechanical Engineer for an office-based position with strong background in sales support, construction coordination, technical approvals, and doentation.
Key Responsibilities
•Handle mechanical engineering doentation and technical submissions
•Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and clients
•Prepare material submittals, method statements, technical datasheets, and shop drawings
•Manage authority approvals and project-related doentation requirements
•Support the sales team with technical clarifications, quotations, and product recommendations
•Follow up on project approvals, inspections, and compliance requirements
•Review project specifications and ensure materials comply with client requirements
•Maintain proper doentation records and project tracking
•Coordinate with site teams and ensure timely submission of required doents
Requirements
•Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
•Minimum 4–5 years UAE experience in construction and engineering field
•Experience in technical sales support and project coordination
•Strong knowledge in approvals, doentation, and material submittal process
•Familiar with consultant and contractor coordination
•Good communication and organizational skills
•Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
•UAE driving license is an advantage
Preferred Qualifications
•Immediate joiners preferred
•Experience in M industry is preferred
•Knowledge of UAE project procedures and approval systems
