Implement design into the actual tangible product at site, managing a team of installers, technicians and specialists which can include third party contractors or suppliers.
Daily communication with client personnel or representatives at site a regular meetings.
Produce project doentation including project management plans, delivery plans, schedules, etc…
Supervise the systems installation / fit out / construction activities carried out by the Contract or by in-house team
Ensure projects are completed on their intended completion dates and project mile stones are accomplished
Manage, monitor and administer third party vendor’s contracts and work at site.
Produce all required client requested doentation and coordinate approvals.
Controlling and monitoring the Budget allocated for projects.
Coordinate site requirements from head office including management, contracts, design, quality control teams.
Ensure the highest level of HSE practices at site.
Reviewing and recommending Contractors payment applications
Review sub-contractors reports
Regular progress reporting both internally to organisation management and externally to clients.

Minimum 6-8 years of relevant professional working experience in UAE.
Excellent verbal & written English communication skills.
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field or equivalent experience attested by MOI of UAE.
Extensive experience in a mid-size or large company in the following areas: project management, engineering design, construction management.
Strong experience in project and program management, with proven successes in projects
