We are hiring a Mechanical Supervisor to work with our company.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Candidate must know the time line required for installation of services
Responsible for assuring and controlling the work quality as per the specification and drawings. Supervise the labors to install the sanitary fittings, Pipelines, Sprinklers, Zone check valve assemblies properly at the proper place according to the drawings.
Site Execution of Works.
Coordinating with Main contractors & other co-services
Referring to the technical Specification.
Manpower & material allocation for various activities in site.
Raising the Inspections for different MEP Services and getting its approval from the consultant.
Ensuring proper Safety measures to execute the job & conveying the toolbox talk.
Attending the site meetings with the Project Manager for progress work.
Performance of day-to-day inspection and test activities in the sites as per the project inspection test plan. Give necessary feed back to the project management on the progress of works.
Ensures the Project Quality & Project Safety plan is implemented efficiently.

Ability to commute/relocate:
•Manama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Requirements :
10 to 15 years of Experience in the relevant field.
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Candidate who has a Gulf Experience and Gulf driving license shall be preferred
Capable to execute multi task functions within the Mechanical Department
Should have relevant experienced in the field of building services related to planning, execution, testing & commissioning of HVAC Systems and Plumbing
Candidate must have the experience in the building services apart from HVAC such plumbing, drainage and firefighting
Familiar with all the inspection procedures related to HVAC Systems and Plumbing Foreman Activities
Capable to lead the site team
Good communication skill.
