JD (Job Description)
Roles & Responsibility:
- Need to handle Daily 40+ patients at reception in a day
- Follow up on Leads minimum 10-20 cal
- Follow up & Book Potential patients & Do Conversion
- Schedule appointments for patients daily
- Manage Billing at reception
- Manage basic need for clinic things (Material to buy & keep )
- Greet patients & make T for some visitors & patients.
- Make strong Connection with people with good human relation Building
- Basic Knowledge about Software in clinic ( will give separate+
- training as well)
- Basic Handling of Social Media & What's app of clinic (If Required)



Salary Range : 1500 - 3500 AED (Depends on Skills & Conversion Sales )
Visa : If Husband / Family Visa More advantageous
Insurance Coordinator Certificate : More Advantageous
Joining : Immediate or max 1 month

Candidate Requirements

Skills Required :
- Extraordinary Communication skills To do sales calls & Follow Up leads & educate patients about Clinic & Latest Offers .( English , Hindi -Advance level, Arabic (Basic level )
- Basic Understanding of Sales & How it works
- Past Experience in sales or reception will be more advantageous
- All Basic admin work at reception
- Ability to work under pressure
- Convincing skills to people
- Ability to make strong Relationship with clients
- Computer skills must - Moderate level MS Office , Internet & Use of social media
- If Video or Image editing skills (More advantageous)
- Basi Skills of marketing on social media (More advantageous)
- Good Understanding of grooming & Dressing sense & Charming Personality
