POSITION ; STAFF NURSE
Job Summary
The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing safe, compassionate, and high-quality nursing care to patients. The role involves assessing patient needs, administering treatments, monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with doctors and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with hospital policies and nursing standards
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and medical information
Assist doctors during medical procedures and examinations
Maintain accurate patient records and nursing doentation
Ensure infection control and patient safety standards are followed
Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-treatment care
Respond promptly to medical emergencies
Maintain patient confidentiality and professional ethics

Qualifications and Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Valid nursing license (DHA / HAAD / MOH )
Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience (freshers may apply depending on facility)
Knowledge of hospital procedures and medical equipment
