Job Title: Female Membership Consultant (Sales)
Location: Dubai
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Female Membership Consultant to join our gym team. The ideal candidate should be confident, energetic, and passionate about fitness, with strong sales and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
-Promote and sell gym memberships to walk-in and prospective clients
-Handle inbound and outbound calls for membership inquiries and follow-ups
-Conduct gym tours and explain membership packages clearly
-Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
-Maintain proper follow-up with leads and existing members
-Build strong relationships with clients to encourage renewals and referrals
-Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and client interactions
-Support front desk operations when required
Requirements:
-Previous experience in sales (g industry preferred)
-Strong communication and negotiation skills
-Confident personality with presentable appearance
-Ability to work on targets
-Immediate joiners preferred
-Must be based in Dubai
