1. Supervises the preparation of technical drawings based on rough sketches, specification and calculations from engineers.
2. To critically review the relevant doents prior to start of the project.
3. Checks and corrects work prepared by others in order to conform to standards, specifications, and design requirements
4. Prepare finished drawings for construction work from sketches, specifications, and field notes
5. Prepares MEP calculations for HVAC drawings, plumbing, piping and small substation and electrical works.
6. Review Contractors shop drawings against the design (tender) drawings.
7. Review contractors mechanical shop drawing in conjunction with the structural and MEP to ensure engineering coordination.
8. Preparation of proper handing over doents.
9. Prepare schedule of execution.
10. Meet timeline and schedule.
11. Time to Time reporting to management and seniors
