•Perform installation and maintenance of electrical systems (HVAC, AC Units, light bulbs, and sockets, clean and repair circuit breakers, switchgear panels, etc).
•Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary.
•Undertake maintenance procedures, regular checks, and routine inspections on electrical equipment in conjunction with the maintenance team.
•Ensure the continuous operation of the installed electrical systems.
•Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality.
•Proficiency in reading MEP drawings and blueprints.
•Providing recommendations at inspections.
•Material Estimation for the scope of the project.
•Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
•Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all MEP work..
•Flexible in their approach to work scheduling, to ensure customer satisfaction is guaranteed.
•Ability to undertake work without direct supervision.
•Ability to organize own workload, communicate with others, and produce clear written records including drawings.
Qualifications:
•Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Electrical or MEP Technician in the UAE.
•Certificate or Diploma in the required field.
•A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
