U Experience
Education Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech ( MECHANICAL)
Familiarity with Method of measurement like POMI, NRM and contract forms
Softwares – Planswift, AutoCAD, and Strong knowledge of MS Excel for data analysis and reporting
Job Location: Inside UAE, working in multiple projects
Preference: Any Nationality those who are currently available in UAE, Visit Visa holder can also apply
Key Responsibilities :
Quantity Take-Offs and Measurement: Accurately measuring and quantifying materials and components required for MEP systems from technical drawings, specifications, and on-site works.
Payment Management: Preparing and verifying interim payment applications or certifying subcontractor payments based on the work completed on site.
Variati Order Management:Tracking changes to the project scope (variations), assessing their cost implications, and assisting in the preparation and negotiation of claims.
