Synergia Soft is looking for a talented and passionate Mobile App Flutter Developer to join our growing team. This is a full-time, on-site role for a developer who can design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for real-world business and ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart
• Build responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance mobile app interfaces
• Integrate mobile applications with REST APIs and backend services
• Work with third-party libraries, SDKs, and external APIs
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve application performance
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and deliver new
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in mobile application development
• Strong hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart
• Knowledge of Android development using Ja will be an added advantage
• Experience with local storage solutions such as SQLite, Room, or similar tools
• Understanding of mobile app architecture patterns such as MVVM or MVP
• Familiarity with Agile development methodology
• Exposure to iOS development will be an added advantage
• Prior experience in ERP software or business applications is highly preferred
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team
