1. QS Civil (Quantity Surveyor - Civil)
Experience: 6-8 years (Ruwais Experience)
*Immediate joiners preferred*
Description: Manage all costs related to civil engineering projects, from initial calculations to the final figures. Ensure that projects are completed within budget while maintaining quality standards.
2. Electrical Engineer
Experience: 5-8 years (Ruwais Experience)
*Immediate joiners preferred*
Description: Design, plan, and oversee electrical systems in construction projects. Ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications while managing budgets and timelines.
3. Fitout Engineer
Experience: 6-8 years (Ruwais Experience)
*Immediate joiners preferred*
Description: Supervise and manage interior fit-out projects, ensuring that all aspects of the construction and design meet client specifications. Coordinate between design, construction, and installation teams.
4. QS MEP (Quantity Surveyor - MEP)
Experience: 6-8 years (Ruwais Experience)
Description: Oversee the cost estimation and control for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works within construction projects. Ensure accuracy in budgeting and help in reducing project costs without compromising on quality.
5. HSE Engineer
Experience: 6-8 years (Ruwais Experience)
Description: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site. Monitor safety protocols, conduct safety audits, and promote a safety-first culture across all projects.
6. QA QC Engineer
Experience: 6-8 years (Ruwais Experience)
Description: Oversee the quality assurance and control processes in construction projects. Ensure that all materials and workmanship meet project specifications and comply with safety standards.
7. Construction Manager (Civil)
Experience: 10+ years (Ruwais Experience)
Description: Lead and manage civil construction projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
8. MEP Engineer
Experience: 6-8 years (Ruwais Experience)
Description: Handle the planning, design, and implementation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in large-scale construction projects. Ensure MEP works are completed according to industry standards and project timelines.
