- Calendar management for the board of Directors.
- Handle large volumes of data with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Organize project’s submissions by preparing and updating all doentations regularly
- Perform follow-ups and prepare intel reports related to the market dynamics
- Prepare relevant mailing lists and send agency communications to the designated parties
- Support various administrative functions such as coordination of appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, coordinate conference room reservations, and prepare meeting materials as necessary.
- Provide support in arranging celebrations in the office.
- Oversee general office operations, including ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and handling incoming calls
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the executive team

- Current resident of the UAE
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in creative a events industry is a must.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Proven experience as an office manager, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Relevant professional certificates are an advantage
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with online travel bookings.
