Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kezad Abu Dhabi for an HR Admin Secretary Receptionist. A versatile, detail-oriented professional combining strong administrative support with core human resources functions. Experienced in maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes, supporting payroll and leave management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Also skilled in managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining confidential doents. Adept at using HR systems and office software, with excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills to support both HR operations and executive-level administration.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of relevant HR or administrative experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficient in HR software and systems.
Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
Highly organized, punctual, and efficient.
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Obtaining a UAE driving license.
