Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Office Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support daily office operations. This role is essential to maintaining a smooth and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying.

Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, mail, and phone calls).

Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed.

Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.

Organize and maintain physical and digital files and records.

Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.

Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.

Handle basic bookkeeping and invoice processing.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.

Proven experience as an office clerk or similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:
Office-based role with standard working hours.

May require extended hours during busy periods.
