About the Role
We are launching an exciting new food product in the UAE market and are seeking a dynamic Outdoor Sales Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in outdoor sales, strong connections within hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, and cafes, and a passion for introducing high-quality food products to the market.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell the new product to HORECA clients and retail outlets across Dubai.
Build and maintain strong relationships with F&B managers, procurement officers, and store buyers.
Conduct regular field visits, product presentations, and tasting sessions.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and promotional terms with clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Gather market insights and provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of outdoor sales experience in the FMCG or food industry.
Strong network and established relationships within hotels, restaurants, and supermarkets in Dubai.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Fluent in English
