The Padel Head Coach develop, conduct, and monitor coaching programs within the club and oversees the programs’ delivery conducted by Junior and external coaches. He ensures all Club’s team members develop and maintains healthy relationship with customers.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITY
PADEL COACHING
• Develop suitable training programs for students based on their age, objectives, and individual skillsets.
• Develop innovative ways to assist beginner or young students in learning and remembering the rules of the game.
• Identify the learning styles that work best for each student and adapt coaching methods accordingly.
• Provide a fun, secure, and productive learning environment for students.
• Assist students in developing and improving various padel skills.
• Assess students' padel skills to determine areas in need of improvement and potential ranking level.
CLUB MANAGEMENT
• Ensure high level of Students’ satisfaction.
• Monitor new student registration progression and retention.
• Regularly report to the Management on overall progress and development of coaching programs.
• Plan and conduct brainstorming session with the team to develop new training programs, activities, and events.
• Organize events in collaboration with the marketing and reception’s team (event, tournament, activation, etc…) in line with Management plans.
TEAM MANAGEMENT
• Supervise the coaching process and methodology of Junior and external coaches.
• Guide junior coaches on developing their coaching skills and building relationship with their customers.
• Encourage relationships building across the club to enable effective support to all staff and customers.
• Manage coaching schedules and coach’s allocation in collaboration with the management.
PERSONALITY
• Inspiring leader, able to manage and lead a young and dynamic team.
• Good communicator, pleasant and friendly personality.
• Creative with a “Can-do” attitude.
SKILLS
• Customer service oriented.
• Excellent time management and scheduling skills.
• Advance Padel level
• Fluent in English.
EXPERIENCE
• 5 years of experience as Padel coach or former professional Padel player.
• Managerial experience.
• Experience planning and executing various programs within a club or academy.
WOULD BE A GREAT ADVANTAGE
• Startup experience.
• Sport Club Management OR Event OR Hospitality experience.
• Former professional player OR coach in Spain or Latin America.
• Experience as Tennis coach
