We are seeking Personal trainers to join our expanding team.
Responsibilities
- Designing and delivering engaging training programs, assessing trainee performance, providing constructive feedback, adapting training styles to meet diverse learner needs
- Collaborating with team members to enhance training effectiveness.
- Additionally, trainers will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of training sessions, conducting evaluations to measure training impact, and participating in continuous professional development to stay updated with industry trends.
- They may be responsible for marketing and promoting their services, managing schedules, and maintaining accurate records of client.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to motivate and support participants effectively.
Qualifications
• Personal training level 2 & level 3.
• UAE REPs certification
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English
