We are urgently looking for an experienced and reliable Plumber to join our team. The Plumber will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills and extensive knowledge of plumbing systems and materials.
Key Responsibilities:•Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, valves, fixtures, and drainage systems.•Read blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing systems.•Inspect plumbing systems for leaks, malfunctions, and wear.•Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide solutions.•Perform routine maintenance on water systems to ensure they are functioning efficiently.•Cut, assemble, and install pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure (e.g., electrical wiring).•Test plumbing systems for leaks and other issues to ensure proper functionality.•Install water heaters, dishwashers, sinks, and other plumbing fixtures.•Comply with all local plumbing codes and regulations.•Provide cost estimates for plumbing work to clients as required.
Qualifications:•Education: High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a plumbing apprenticeship program or relevant certification.•Experience: Proven experience as a plumber, with a strong understanding of water distribution and waste disposal systems.•Proficient in reading blueprints and using plumbing tools and equipment.•Strong understanding of plumbing materials (pipes, fittings, valves, etc.).•Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.•Ability to work independently or as part of a team.•Strong physical stamina and the ability to work in confined spaces or at heights.
Working Conditions:•May require working in various environments, such as construction sites, residences, or commercial properties.•Work may involve heavy lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.•May require working during off-hours, weekends, or holidays in case of emergency repairs.
