Job Description:
BIM Road Design Services LLC is seeking an experienced Architectural BIM Specialist / BIM Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Deira, Dubai. The ideal candidate must be currently residing in the UAE and have 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
•Develop and maintain LOD 400 Revit models for various projects.
•Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and efficient BIM execution.
•Prepare detailed shop drawings and doentation.
•Manage and coordinate clash detection using Navisworks.
•Work with Tekla Structures models to ensure seamless integration of all building components.
Qualifications:
•Proficient in Revit with high-level skills.
•Strong experience in creating shop drawings and understanding BIM 360 Cloud.
•Familiarity with clash management techniques using Navisworks.
•Experience with Tekla Structures models is a plus.
•Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
