Job Description

Key Performance Area 1: Customer Satisfaction 
An ambassador for maintaining good relatio with the Power Retailers and team members
Provide support to all team members on performance & development ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.
Plan, conduct, analyze & take necessary actions on customer feedback surveys for improved customer satisfaction.
Key Performance Area 2: Business Performance
Lead the Team to achieve the Global Sales Objectiv wise Objectiv Objectives to contribute to the achievement of Company’s objectives.
Achieve PR team collection Objectives to ensure Company’s Cash Flow Projections are met.
Keep close watch on the Market as to how we can improve Market Share
Improve Distribution network in the Power Retail Sector
 
Key Performance Area 3: Professionalism
To analyze and contribute to liquidate stock ageing above 90days
Condu authentic Mark surveys to help plan the business strate, to improve our sal.
Crea Brand image through planned marketing strategies for Power Retail department
Provide Sales Officers and Merchandisers with coaching, feedback and development opportunities to help build effective teams
 
Key Performance Area 4: Leadership
As Team Leader, ensure the morale and motivation of team members is always high
Lead the team to achieve their individual as well as the collective objectives of the team
Develop team members to work in different territori and groom for better positions
