*Able to prepare RFQ (Request For Quotation)packages for bidding purposes
*Able to compare offers and shortlist the competitive Supplie
*Able to evaluate and negotiate with vendors on material pricing.
* Able to prepare LPOs and Contracts
*Assist tin reviewing and preparing contractual doents for material purchase
*Liaise and follow up with vendors for smooth delivery of materials
* Serve as the point of contact between engineering departments and suppliers to clarify technical specifications or resolve issues.
Requirements:
* Filipino (Ma
* Proven experience ( 4 to 6 years) in construction or related industries materials
* Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering
* Fluent in English
* Basic Knowledge on Contracts and LPOs
*Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
* Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
*Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Strong organizational skills with the ability to think proactively and prioritize work
