Looking for an experienced production supervisor who has worked on different types of signage jobs. Should have understanding of metal fabrication, acrylic, and joinery, as well as understanding of how to coordinate installation of signage in different settings, eg on metal surface, on mall store facade, on shops outdoor signage, etc.
Production supervisor should have the problem-solving skills and research & development mindset to improve production technique and find ways to producing different kinds of signages.
The supervisor should be able to direct the production team on how to make the signage and how to plan installation.
• *Timings & Salary**
Timings: 9 am - 7 pm, Monday to Saturday
• *Responsibilities and Duties**
- Manage starting and finishing of all signages ongoing inside the workshop. Collaborate with sales team to understand requirement of the job, and advise on installation time required.
- Oversee the production and installation of signage.
- Guide the fabricators to use effective production techniques to reduce costs & wastage and optimize resources.
- Collaborate installation team timing of installation and staff needed for installation.
- Organize the labour to and take corrective action when labour is underperforming or making mistakes.
- Is able to work well with different labour and manage them; should not discriminate between labour from different background, etc.
• *Qualifications**
- Minimum Education: bachelors degree.
- Experience: 3 years minimum.
- Specific skills: knowledgeable about signage fabrication and installation on site.
