We are seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor with strong experience in the box making and luxury packaging industry. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end production operations, ensure premium quality output, and lead a team to deliver efficient, cost-effective, and high-standard packaging solutions.
Supervise daily production activities for luxury and rigid box manufacturing
Manage all stages of production including structural design, material selection, printing, finishing, and final assembly
Oversee and coordinate operations involving die-cutting, foili stamping, V-grooving, pasting, wrapping, and rigid box making machines
Ensure adherence to quality standards, production targets, and delivery timelines
Lead and manage a production team of 10+ members, ensuring productivity and performance
Coordinate with design, printing, and dispatch teams for smooth workflow execution
Monitor material usage, wastage control, estimation, and production planning
Troubleshoot production issues and support continuous process improvements
