Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed project plans specifically tailored to landscape construction, considering local regulations, climate conditions, and client preferences.
Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure compliance with UAE regulations and cultural preferences for landscape design and construction.
Obtain permits and approvals from local authorities, ensuring adherence to UAE building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards relevant to landscape construction.
Manage project finances, allocate resources efficiently, and mitigate risks associated with landscape construction, such as soil conditions, water management, and site accessibility.
Implement rigorous quality control measures throughout the construction process to meet UAE construction standards and exceed client expectations for landscape aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability.
Independently oversee landscape construction sites, ensuring timely completion, adherence to safety protocols, and high-quality workmanship from excavation to finishing touches.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, landscape architecture, construction management, or a related field with a focus on construction project management.
Minimum of 5 years of previous project management experience within the UAE, with a proven track record of successfully managing landscape construction projects.
In-depth knowledge of UAE building codes, regulations, and best practices specifically related to landscape construction.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with proficiency in English for clear communication in the UAE context.
Familiarity with industry-standard software for project management, scheduling, and budgeting.
