About the Role
We are seeking for Qualified Project Manager to join our team for Abu Dhabi–based projects. he will be responsible for technical submissions, authority approvals, and coordination with project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and submit drawings, designs, and doentation for municipality approvals in UAE.
Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi building codes, regulations, and standards.
Liaise with consultants, contractors, and authorities for approvals and inspections.
Provide technical support during project execution.
Must have knowledge in Primavera / Planning (is a plus)
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil)
Minimum 10 years onwards of UAE experience (Abu Dhabi is a plus) in engineering and authority submissions in Abu Dhabi.
Strong knowledge of local building regulations and standards.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
