a. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
b. 3–7 years of experience in interior fit-out projects (UAE experience preferred)
c. Strong knowledge of interior finishes, joinery works, and MEP coordination

e. Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills
f. UAE driving license preferred
