Key Responsibilities
Manage and nurture relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
Conduct viewings and advise clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
Generate and convert leads into successful sales and leasing transactions.
Negotiate and close deals while ensuring full compliance with ADREC regulations.
Maintain accurate listings, CRM records, and regular performance reports.
Support marketing efforts through digital promotion, events, and brand representation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
1–3 years’ experience in real estate, ideally in luxury markets.
Valid UAE driving license; ADREC Broker License or eligibility to obtain.
Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms; knowledge of UAE real estate laws and portals.
