Premier Capital Real Estate is looking for experienced and driven Secondary Market Real Estate Property Consultants & Leasing Consultants to join our growing team.
Requirements:
* Applicant must be currently based in the UAE
* Available to join immediately
* Minimum 1 years of experience in Dubai’s Secondary Real Estate Market is MANDATORY
* Strong understanding of Dubai’s secondary market, communities, and transaction process
* Area specialist is a plus
* Posses Listings with doents
* Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
* Professional level of English is mandatory
* Additional languages are an advantage
* Strong qualifying and negotiation skills
* Proactive, self-driven individual with the ability to take initiative and embrace innovative approaches (outside the box thinker)
* Strong objection handling skills and proven closing techniques
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and committed to delivering exceptional client service
