PROPERTY CONSULTANT
What we need:
Minimum of 1-year experience in Dubai real estate brokerage firm is required. Please don’t send your CV with no relevant work experience.
Arabic language.
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Must be a proactive, task oriented and self-driven.
Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc. to offer them property consultancy services
Conduct research and analysis of property market to identify areas with increasing demand and profitability margin
Build and establish good working relationship with the different Developers and Agencies.
Conduct price negotiations with property agents on behalf of a client to reach a favorable price.
Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
Have an extensive understating of the UAE real estate market and familiarity with leasehold and freeholds, off plans, ready properties.
Ensure good professional relationships with owners, developers, and clients - Ensure all leads and inquiries are attended to as per best customer service practices.
Finding clients in need of consultancy services through cold-calling, advertising, and business presentations.
Give clients recommendations and advice on appropriate property investments to make.
