Compile and draft all required doents, including contracts, leases, acknowledgments, and other legal forms.
Use market analysis and industry expertise to set competitive prices for properties.
Analyze clients' financial situation and determine their needs in order to offer appropriate solutions.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, real estate, or property management.
Proven sales record as a property consultant or in a similar role.
Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Proficiency in using property management software and CRM tools.
Good understanding of real estate market trends, pricing, and property laws.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
