QC Inspector – LV Switchgear Company A QC (Quality Control) Inspector in an LV (Low Voltage) switchgear company is responsible for ensuring that all electrical panels and components meet quality standards, technical specifications, and safety regulations. The role includes inspecting incoming materials, monitoring assembly processes, conducting routine tests (visual, mechanical, and electrical), verifying wiring and panel layouts against drawings, and preparing inspection reports. The QC Inspector works closely with production and engineering teams to identify defects, ensure compliance with IEC standards, and maintain high product reliability and customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
1.Diplo in Electrical Engineering or related field
2.2–5 years of experience in quality control of LV switchgear or electrical panels
3.Good knowledge of LV panel components (ACB, MCCB, MCB, contactors, relays, busbars, etc.)
4.Familiar with IEC standards and electrical drawings (SLD, GA, schematic)
5.Experience in inspection and testing (IR test, continuity test, functional test)
6.Ability to use measuring and testing instruments
7.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
8.Good communication and teamwork abilities
