1. Site Quality Control • Conduct daily inspections of civil works to ensure compliance with project specifications and approved drawings. • Supervise quality of structural, finishing, and infrastructure works at site. • Identify non-conformances and issue NCRs as required; follow up on corrective and preventive actions. • Verify that all inspection requests (IRs) are submitted and approved by the consulta representative. 2. Material Inspection & Testing • Review material submittals and ensure all materials are approved prior to use. • Coordinate with third-party laboratories for concrete, soil, and material testing. • Maintain and record test results, calibration certificates, and material delivery notes. 3. Doentation & Reporting • Prepare and maintain doentation including checklists, ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), and reports. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports for submission to the Manager and Consultant. • Ensure all project quality records are complete, updated, and properly filed. 4. Coordination & Compliance • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal site teams for inspections and approvals. • Ensure compliance with UAE construction codes, Dubai Municipality, and local authority requirements. • Support internal and external ISO audits and assist in implementing quality management initiatives.
•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
•5+ years UAE experience in construction projects
•Knowledge of UAE authority standards & international codes (ASTM / BS / ACI)
•Familiar with ISO 9001:2015 & workflows
•Strong reporting and communication skills
•UAE Driving License (advantage)
