We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in Utilities Infrastructure Projects, preferably with experience in Underground Water Networks.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical
Engineering.
* Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in Utilities Infrastructure Operation &
Maintenance projects.
* Certification in Quantity Surveying a Contracts Management.
* Strong knowledge of FIDIC or other standard contract forms.
* Excellent negotiation, analytical, and commercial management skills.
* Proficiency in cost management software and MS Office.
* Familiarity with TAQA regulations and related doentation.
