We at Pure Home strive for excellence, and to support our marking team, we are looking for an enthusiastic Real Estate Agent. We connect People to their desired property. And to do that we require someone who can bridge the gap in a creative manner. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of various targets such as Property promotion and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. The goal is to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers.
Resposibilities:
Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
Determine Client needs and financial ability to propose the appropriate solutions that suit them.
Intermediate negotiation process, consult clients on market condition prices, mortgages etc.
Display and market real property to possible buyers.
Prepare necessary paper work
Manage property auctions and exchanges.
Maintain and update listings.
Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
Real Estate Agent or broker licence.
Prior experience of minimum 5 years as Real Estate agent.
Proven track of sales record.
Familiarity with MS Office.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to build quick rapport with the clients.
