Job Description: We seek a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local real estate market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
Responsibilities:
•Assist clients in buying and selling properties
•Conduct market research to determine property values and market trends
•Provide clients with advice on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements
•Prepare and present offers to purchase or rent properties
•Negotiate contracts and ensure all terms are met
•Maintain a database of potential clients and properties
•Attend property showings, open houses, and networking events
•Stay updated on real estate laws and regulations
Requirements:
•Valid real estate license
•Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar role
•Strong knowledge of the local real estate market
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
•Self-motivated and able to work independently
•Proficiency with real estate software and technology
•Strong organizational and time-management skills
