Responsibilities:
•Advise clients on the purchase, sale and rental of properties in Dubai.
•Maintain strong relationships with buyers and sellers, offering exceptional service.
•Manage a portfolio of luxury properties and negotiate contracts effectively.
•Develop marketing strategies for the promotion of properties.
•Provide regular updates to clients on the status of transactions.
•Assist in the preparation of legal doents and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
•Relocate to different locations to show properties to clients.
•Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
•Experience in property sales and transactions.
•Understanding of the legal aspects of real estate.
Requirements:
•Previous experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai (minimum 1 year).
•In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including industry developments and trends.
•Valid UAE driving license
•Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
•Ability to manage multiple transactions efficiently.
•Language: Fluent in English and Arabic; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
