We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Freelance Leasing and Rent Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping clients find suitable properties for lease and assisting landlords in renting their properties. This is a commission-based position, offering you the flexibility to work at your own pace while earning competitive commissions based on your performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential clients (landlords and tenants).
Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective tenants.
Assist landlords in marketing their properties through various channels.
Negotiate lease agreements and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
Track leads and manage client interactions using our CRM system.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in real estate leasing, property management, or related fields is preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
Knowledge of local real estate market trends.
Familiarity with CRM tools and property listing websites.
