Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
Conduct property showings and open houses
Prepare property listings and marketing materials
Research and analyze market trends to provide clients with informed advice
Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients
Maintain and expand a portfolio of real estate listings
Develop and manage lasting relationships with clients and the communit
Proven experience as a real estate agent or relevant position
Strong understanding of local real estate markets and trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in using real estate software and CRM systems
Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail
