Real Estate Experience preferably with a minimum of 1-year experience.
· Proven track record highly desirable
· With good communication skills & self-motivated
· Very well presentable as you will be required to be facing clients
· Customer Service and Time Keeping skills at the highest level
· Good command of spoken and written English
· UAE driving license
· To generate and increase client’s portfolio via networking and prospecting
· Prepare a daily action plan and meet the targets in a timely manner
· Ensure full compliance of Laws and Regulations and Company Policies
· Be up to date with the Real Estate market trends and be familiar with the current pricing for rental as well as the sale value of a property in a specialist area
· Cooperate with a number of property networks and develop a database of prospective clients through developer’s agents, developer’s handover department agent, real estate agents, contractors, and other related channels
· Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
· Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
