Responsibilities
Generate and convert leads into closed sales.
Advise and assist investors throughout the buying process (both off-plan and ready properties).
Conduct professional property presentations and attend international sales events when required.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients before, during, and after the sale.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
Maintain CRM updates and manage pipeline efficiently.
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years experience in real estate sales
Proven sales record (sales proof will be requested)
Strong negotiation and closing skills
English is a must (additional languages are a plus)
International sales experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment
